Patama Chantaruck, Vice President for Indochina Expansion and Managing Director, IBM Thailand

Patama Chantaruck was appointed IBM’s Vice President for Indochina Expansion and Managing Director of IBM Thailand in October 2018. In this role, she is responsible for leading the strategic direction and business growth of IBM in Thailand as well as in Myanmar, Laos, and Cambodia. She previously was General Manager of Worldwide Software Asset Management and Compliance for Microsoft, and, from 2007 to 2011, she served as Country General Manager for Microsoft Thailand. She was named one of the Bangkok Post’s “Women of the Year” in 2021 and has been recognized as one of the top female leaders in I.T. in Asia by CIO Business Technology Leadership magazine.
