Hon. Patricia Espinosa Torres, Former Undersecretary of Labor (Mexico)

Expert in inclusion and diversity issues, social development, human rights, labor equality, education and social inclusion, Patricia Espinosa Torres served as President of the National Institute of Women (INMUJERES) in Mexico from 2001 – 2006 and as Undersecretary of Labor from 2006 – 2011.  Earlier, as a Member of Parliament, she promoted the creation of Mexico’s Equity and Gender Commission.  She is currently as Advisor to the Mexican Association of Human Resources Directors and is Chair of Global Summit of Women México.
