Chadatip Chutrakul, CEO, Siam Piwat (Thailand)

As the owner and chief executive of retail company Siam Piwat, Chadatip Chutrakul leads the management and operations of Bangkok’s best-known and most prestigious commercial landmarks. Under her leadership, Siam Piwat has focused on inventive and original ventures that have earned the company international recognition and regional acclaim. Since her appointment to the role in 2009, Siam Piwat has grown rapidly, establishing more than 20 subsidiary companies across retail development, facility management and marketing communications. After working abroad, she returned to Thailand and joined the family business in 1986, initially working in accounting, before moving over to sales and promotion.  In May 2019, she was one of four industry leaders to be inducted into the World Retail Hall of Fame and was named among Forbes Asia’s Power Businesswomen in 2014, 2015 and 2016.
