Prior to this role, she led the US Public Market, a $5B unit supporting state and local government, education, healthcare and life sciences clients in areas across Strategy, Digital Transformation, Cloud, AI, Security, and Systems, leveraging IBM’s portfolio across products, software, and services. Earlier roles include General Manager of Technology Services, Public Sector, leading Infrastructure, Security, and Application Management Services solutioning and delivery for government, education, and healthcare clients, and Head of Technology Services for the IBM Growth Markets Unit based in Shanghai, China, implementing transformation technology solutions across Latin America, Central and Eastern Europe, Middle East and Africa, and APAC.
