Currently serving as ESG lead at Justworks, the fastest growing HR technology company in the U.S., Yrthya Dinzey-Flores is an innovative cross-sector leader driving philanthropy, social responsibility, and workplace equity in the non-profit and public sectors. After kicking off her career at the Robin Hood Foundation, she went on to hold leadership poistions at Toyota Motor North America, NY State Government as the first Chief Diversity Officer for New York State, Thomson Reuters, Time Warner Inc./Warner Media LLC and the Open Society Foundation. Her contributions, professionally and civically, have earned her recognition, including Citi & State Responsible 100, NY Business Journal Women of Influence, Fortune Most Powerful Woman List, and The Capitol Rising Stars in Politics 40 under 40.
