Subarna Malakar serves as the Vice President and Head of Culture, Diversity, and Employee Experience at Sanofi North America. He is an integral member of both the North America People and Culture Leadership Team and the Global CDE Leadership Team. In his current role, he spearheads a comprehensive and measurable strategy for company culture, diversity, and employee experience, seamlessly integrating these elements with Sanofi's overall business, community, and talent strategies. Prior to joining Sanofi, he held significant roles at FMC Corporation as the Global Diversity & Inclusion Officer and at Ahold Delhaize as Vice President and Global Chief Diversity Officer.
