Raj Verma, Chief Diversity, Culture & Experience Officer, Sanofi (UK)

Raj Verma joined Sanofi in December 2020 in a newly-created role that covers Diversity, Equity and Inclusion, Culture, and the Employee Experience for the group. As the Chief Diversity, Culture + Ex Officer, he focuses on business impact and people engagement – aspiring to ensure that underrepresentation continues to be addressed, striving for better diversity of thought at every level of the organization, all fostered through a culture of inclusion where everyone can feel that they truly belong. He has almost 25 years of global HR transformation and change leadership which comes from having held both specialist and generalist HR leadership roles, at both a country, regional and international level in organizations such as Ford Motor Company, Jaguar Landrover Cars, Santander Bank and, most recently, Sodexo, where he was the SVP of Human Resources for their largest global business unit.
