Nick Iadevaio, Vice President, Diversity, Equity and Inclusion, L’Oreal USA

As Vice President for Diversity, Equity and Inclusion for L’Oreal USA, Nick Iadevaio leads the Veterans/Military strategy, the Disability strategy, Supplier Diversity, Age/Generations strategy and delivers much of the DEI educational content across the business. Prior to his current role, he led HR strategy for multiple L’Oreal brands and has had a 36-year professional career spanning multiple industries and functions across Fortune 500 global companies. He has also taught Human Resources and Coaching at NYU-School of Continuing and Professional studies, served as a L’Oreal USA Industry Advisory Board member for State University of New York – Fashion Institute of Technology and is an adjunct professor in the Fashion Business Management Program.
