The Colloquium on Global Diversity is the leading global Executive Roundtable that features cross-border best practices on gender equity in the workplace within a global context.
An invitation-only event since 2002, the Colloquium brings together senior executives from throughout the world responsible for diversity and inclusion initiatives for the exchange of corporate-wide programs that advance women globally. At each event, participating executives share what works, what doesn’t and what lies ahead in creating a level playing field for women.
The Colloquium on Global Diversity is a project of the GlobeWomen Research and Education Institute, a non-profit organization, based in Washington, DC, USA.

The 2026 Colloquium on Global Competitiveness was a fantastic session. Thought leaders, advocates and business leaders explored topics from equity in the workplace to the impact of AI in jobs now and for the foreseeable future, to the importance of enforcing legislation to gain participation of women in the workforce.
