Liliahan Majeed brings to L’Oreal North America extensive DEI experience in two very different industries. Previously, she was the first Global Chief Diversity, Inclusion and Belonging Officer at Universal Music Group (UMG). In that role, she led a team focused on strengthening representation, inclusion, equity and belonging across a global workplace and operations across 60 countries. Prior to joining UMG in 2020, she spent 15 years at the National Basketball Association (NBA), where was a Senior Vice President of Diversity & Inclusion leading team diversity and inclusion efforts across the NBA and WNBA. There she launched the NBA's Women's Leadership Initiative and NBA Coaches Equality Initiative, responsible for events including the Women's Leadership Forum.
