Kitty Chaney-Reed, SVP, Chief Leadership, Culture & Inclusion Officer, IBM

With over 25 years of experience in the technology industry in solution design and implementation, service delivery, business transformation, human resource and retail operations, Kitty Chaney-Reed currently serves as Chief Leadership, Culture, and Inclusion Officer at IBM. She joined IBM in 2017 as the Vice President, Sales Transaction Support for North America and Latin America and subsequently was named Vice President of Enterprise Operations and later Chief Operating Officer, Vice President for Business Alignment. Prior to joining IBM, she was Vice President for Global Business Services at NCR Corporation. She has been an executive sponsor for the Global Women in IBM initiative and also serves on IBM's Black Executive Council.
