Kellie Molin-Kenol, Vice President & Global Head, Diversity, Equity and Inclusion, Endo Pharmaceuticals

As Global Head of Diversity Equity and Inclusion for Endo Pharmaceuticals, Kellie Molin-Kenol is responsible for the strategic development, creation and implementation of Endo’s first DE&I strategy and DE&I function. Before joining Endo, she worked at Novartis Pharmaceuticals for 11 years in various DEI-related positions. Her most recent role at Novartis was Head of Diversity & Inclusion for the Pharmaceuticals Division, where she led the Pharma D&I Council and was responsible for the development and implementation of the division's D&I strategy. She also served as a member of, and consultant to, Novartis' Global D&I Council – broadly sharing her expertise in Multicultural Awareness and strategy implementation.
