Karyn Twaronite, Global Vice Chair, Diversity, Equity & Inclusion, EY

As EY’s Global Vice Chair for Diversity, Equity & Inclusiveness, Karyn Twaronite’s expanded role makes her part of EY’s Global Practice Group leadership team and the EY Global Talent Committee. In this role, she is responsible for driving innovations that maximize the strength and effectiveness of EY’s diverse workforce of almost 400,000 people across 150 countries in the Americas, Asia-Pacific and Europe, the Middle East and Africa (EMEIA). She began her EY career as a tax professional more than 20 years ago before shifting her focus to help shape the organization’s talent, human resources and D&I leadership culture.
