Elizabeth Nieto, Head of Equity and Impact, Spotify

Elizabeth Nieto joined Spotify in March 2021 to lead Equity and Impact, where she is responsible for Social Impact, Sustainability & Climate Action; Diversity, Inclusion & Belonging, and Early Career Pipeline. She brought to Spotify significant experience and leadership roles in Talent Management, D&I, Leadership Development to major companies including Amazon as VP and CDO, as well as to Metlife, and earlier on to Marsh and Citigroup. With a broad array of experiences in managing global and regional organizations in the U.S., Europe, Latin America and Asia, she serves as a board member of The Opportunity Network, All Stars Project and A Fair Shake for Youth. In 2021 and 2022 Latino Leaders Magazine included her in the Top 100 Latinas list, and, in 2022, she was included in Bloomberg Línea’s inaugural list of ”Los 100 Latinos Más Influyentes”.
