Dr. Sally Saba, Global Chief Diversity & Inclusion Officer, Medtronic & President, Medtronic Foundation

Sally Saba currently serves as the Global Chief Inclusion, Diversity & Equity Officer at Medtronic, and President of the Medtronic Foundation. In this dual role, she works to advance a vision of a world where there are no barriers to achieving health, well-being, and prosperity both within and outside of Medtronic – allowing communities to thrive and empowering all people to reach their full potential. Prior to joining Medtronic in 2020, she was Vice President of Equity, Inclusion, and Diversity at Kaiser Permanente Health Plan and Hospitals in California. In previous positions at Kaiser, she led the National Supplier Diversity team and executed the strategy that led to the company being the first healthcare organization to join the Billion Dollar Roundtable. Prior to Kaiser, she led the turnaround of Vodafone Egypt's retail operations, where she was responsible for strategy and commercial program management.
