Denise Rutherford, Chief Technology and Innovation Officer, Velcro Companies

Denise Rutherford is currently the Chief Technology and Innovation Officer for Velcro Companies, a global brand creating and manufacturing innovative fastening solutions. Previously, she held several senior leadership roles at 3M, a Fortune 100 diversified manufacturing company operating in more than 70 countries. She most recently served as Chief Corporate Affairs Officer, where she led the global corporate affairs teams in improving corporate brand and global communications, strengthening ESG strategy and actions, and managing government affairs. Earlier positions at 3M included serving as President of 3M Japan, President of 3M China, Vice President of 3M Latin America and Vice President for 3M’s global aerospace business.
