A trusted advisor to CEOs, boards and senior executives across industries, Dede Orraca-Cecil leads Egon Zehnder’s Diversity, Equity and Inclusion Practice for North America.  She is also a member of the firm’s CEO and Board Advisory Practice, where she consults on a wide range of talent acquisition and leadership solutions. In addition, she is a fellow with the Aspen Institute with a focus on helping companies move beyond the rhetoric of Diversity, Equity and Inclusion into practical strategic planning and implementation. Previously, she was a Principal at Tapestry Networks and a Litigation Associate in the law offices of Skadden, Arps, Slate, Meagher & Flom. She also spent a number of years working in global health, development, and foreign policy with the World Health Organization, the Clinton Foundation, Yale’s Center for Interdisciplinary Research on AIDS and others.
