As The Adecco Group’s Vice President and Head of Diversity, Equity & Inclusion for North America, Bridges Holmes is responsible for efforts ensuring that each of the company’s distinct lines of business is best positioned to operate in its aim to ‘make the future work for everyone.’ He leverages his career experiences in global non-profits, local government and the private sector to bring a pragmatic perspective of how to operationalize diversity, equity and inclusion that helps create meaningful outcomes for the organizations’ colleagues, clients, candidates and communities. He has also been recognized by Staffing Industry Analysts as a trailblazing DEI influencer for 2022 and 2023, and is known for connecting people, process and passion to drive real change.
