Angela Guy, Former Chief Diversity, Equity & Inclusion Officer, L’Oreal USA; CEO and DEI Business Consultant, GUYDEIA, LLC

Until January 2024, Angela Guy served as the Chief Diversity, Equity and Inclusion Officer for L’Oréal USA, the largest subsidiary of the L’Oréal Group. Currently, she is CEO and DEI Business Consultant for GUYDEIA, LLC. In her most recent role at L’Oreal USA, she was responsible for shaping the diversity efforts for L’Oréal USA and Canada as a business imperative that highlights the value of all forms of beauty while respecting and reflecting the differences of our rapidly changing marketplace. She also was a member of the L’Oréal USA Strategic, Executive, Talent and Benefits Committees and collaborated to align L’Oréal’s global diversity efforts. Before her 18-year tenure with L’Oreal, she was SVP, General Manager of the SoftSheen-Carson Brand in the Consumer Division of L’Oréal USA.
