As EY Global Diversity, Equity & Inclusiveness Leader, Andrea Ramsey is responsible for innovations that maximize the strength, effectiveness, and sense of belonging of EY’s diverse workforce of almost 400,000 people across 150 countries. Throughout her 19-year tenure at EY, she has driven key initiatives including EY’s Global Social Equity program and Global DE&I Steering Committee, chaired by EY’s Global Chairman and CEO, who also serves as Global Vice Chair of DE&I.
