BIOGRAPHY
In May 2005, Ursula Schwarzenbart began her role as Daimler’s first Head of Global Diversity Management with the mission to implement and establish a strategic platform for diversity and inclusion at Daimler worldwide. Following that role, she took on other responsibilities with Daimler (now Mercedes-Benz), including Employee Talent and Development Management, Global Employer Branding and HR Marketing, as well as the global rollout of Daimler’s performance and potential management system. She also initiated the first-ever signed German Diversity Charter and helped create the DAX30 commitment for companies to promote women to management positions.
