BIOGRAPHY

Umran Beba is currently a Partner with August Leadership and a Board Director at UK-based Bakkavor Group PLC. An experienced senior business executive with a general management, talent and diversity background, she worked for 25 years with PepsiCo in Istanbul, Hong Kong, Dubai and New York. Most recently, she served as Chief Global Diversity & Engagement Officer for PepsiCo. After joining PepsiCo in 1994, she held variety of roles including serving as Senior Vice President and Chief Human Resource Officer overseeing the Centers of Expertise for Human Capital Management, Chief HR Officer for PepsiCo Asia, Middle East and North Africa, and as President of Asia Pacific, President of South East Europe as well as the Business Unit General Manager for the East Mediterranean Region.
