PROFESSIONAL CAREER

After fifteen years of professional experience in commercial, marketing and general management positions in consumer, industrial and insurance companies such as Bull, StarCase-Samsonite and Premaat,
Managing Director of the Technology Park of Castilla y León and
Executive Vice President of the Agency for Economic Development of the Castilla y León Regional Government (ADE).

Started in Human Resources Consulting and Executive Search in 2002, when I began to run a french Firm in Spain, Leaders Trust, now AltoPartners Executive Search and Leadership Consulting.

Founding member of the AltoPartners global alliance since 2006, I have mainly developed the Industry, Construction and Infrastructure, Technology, Energy and Diversity practices in different geographical areas.

President of the Franco-Spanish Chamber of Commerce “La Chambre” (2019-2022).
Member of various boards of directors and executives in other institutions such as Club Excelencia en Gestión and Iberaval.
Collaborates and promotes social and diversity issues.
