BIOGRAPHY

Prior to establishing her own consultancy in 2010, Sakie Fukushima headed the Japan operations of Korn/Ferry International and was a member of the firm’s global board of directors. She was also Vice Chairman of the Japan Association of Corporate Executives and has served on the board of directors of nine major Japanese companies, including Sony and Mitsubishi Corporation. She currently serves on the Boards of Kao Corporation, Bridgestone, Ajinomoto, and J. Front Retailing Co Ltd. In 2008, Business Week selected her as one of “the world’s 100 most influential headhunters.”
