She has gained in-depth executive knowledge working at a senior level at Microsoft and Siemens. She has led highly successful organizations with a balance of effective strategy definition, methodical operational execution and her capacity to develop and motivate high performance teams. More than 15 years of experience as a non-executive Director in banking, insurance manufacturing, energy and infrastructure companies.
