Dr. Rohini Anand provides Diversity Equity and Inclusion (DEI) advisory services to clients in the public and private sectors. She is the former Senior Vice President, Corporate Responsibility and Global Chief Diversity Officer for Sodexo and was a member of Sodexo’s North America Executive Committee. During her nearly two decades at Sodexo, the organization rose to the forefront of leadership and innovation in diversity and inclusion worldwide. A recognized pioneering thought leader, she is a sought-after expert on organizational transformation, DEI, executive leadership, human capital, and global corporate responsibility. She has authored a best selling compendium of best practices –“Leading Global Diversity, Equity and Inclusion: A Guide for Systemic Change in Multinational Organizations”.
