Nuria Garcia, Senior Vice President and Head of Europe, Middle East and Africa, MetLife (France)

With more than 20 years of experience in EMEA spanning distribution, marketing, operations and finance, both with MetLife and GE, Nuria Garcia currently leads MetLife operations in Europe, Middle East and Africa. Prior to taking on this role in January 2021, she was Deputy Head of the region and earlier was Chief Operating Officer for MetLife Europe. She joined MetLife in 2013 as Head of Marketing, Communication and Direct Sales, leading a team of 120 people between Paris and Morocco. She began her professional career at Societe Generale in Paris as a Corporate Finance analyst and then joined GE where she spent 15 years working for GE Healthcare, CNBC and GE Money Bank in London and Paris.
