Noriko Harada, CEO and President, AI Cross (Japan)

Noriko Harada is the CEO and President of AI CROSS Inc., a services company that provides organizations with a messaging platform, business chat and data analytics to improve their operational efficiency. Providing services to over 2,700 large enterprises in Japan including self-defense forces, retailers, electric power companies, gas companies and several other major organizations, the company has been listed on the Tokyo Stock Exchange since 2019. She was awarded by EY as a member of the 2020 Asia-Pacific Entrepreneurial Winning Women program targeting high-potential women entrepreneurs. Before founding AI CROSS, she also served as the Vice President of Business Development for a Japanese technology start-up located in the US.
