As EY Global China Overseas Investment Network Leader, Loletta Chow manages the global network in over 70 countries, assisting Chinese enterprises in outbound investment. With over 28 years of experience in providing assurance and advisory services, she is also EY Private leader for Asia-Pacific. Additionally, she holds the post of EY Belt & Road Task Force Leader, responsible for planning and implementing strategy in Greater China. Previously, she worked on various initial public offerings and assurance engagements for Hong Kong and mainland China companies listed on the NYSE, NASDAQ and Hong Kong Stock Exchange, numerous financial due diligence reviews on mergers and acquisitions and risk advisory engagements.
