BIOGRAPHY

Former Secretary of Foreign Affairs for the Philippines Delia Domingo-Albert is currently a Senior Advisor for Ernst and Young. When appointed Secretary of Foreign Affairs in the Philippines in December 2003, she became the first female foreign minister in Asia. She has represented the Philippines in various capacities in Switzerland, Romania, and Hungary and served as Philippine Ambassador to Germany and Australia. She also formerly served as Undersecretary for International Economic Relations and Philippine Senior Official for the Asia-Pacific Economic Cooperation (APEC).
