BIOGRAPHY

Dr. Mariana Bozesan is Founder and Managing Partner of AQAL Capital, an Integral Investing company that uses the Theta Model to de-risk investments by building integrally sustainable companies. She is also an award-winning investor, strategic sustainability advisor, and successful tech-entrepreneur who is leveraging technology to implement the UN SDGs within Planetary Boundaries. She earned Europe’s Female Angel Investor Award in 2019, the 2016 Best European Early-Stage Investor Award by EBAN, and full membership in the Club of Rome, and in the World Academy of Art and Science. As a sustainability researcher, she has published numerous peer-reviewed books and papers.
