BIOGRAPHY

Dr. Anja Seng is currently President of FidAR e.V. (Frauen in die Aufsichtsräte), the leading organization in Germany advocating for equal participation of women and men in leadership positions. Her advocacy extends beyond FidAR, as she is a founding member and mentor of the Initiative Women into Leadership (IWiL) and is actively involved with ZONTA International. In addition to her voluntary roles, she has over 25 years of experience in higher education, marked by her contributions to teaching, research activities, and university administration. As a Professor at FOM University of Applied Sciences and Director of the ifpm Institute for Public Management, as well as a business consultant, she bridges the gap between academia and practical application, integrating insights from business, public administration, and the private sector.
