Booth Staffing
Exhibiting at the 2027 Summit requires that at least one person is fully registered for the Summit. You may use the link here to complete the registration of your company’s representative. In addition to the paid registrant, your booth comes with two complimentary passes for anyone who will be working at your booth. Please note that while the complimentary passes will grant your representatives access to the exhibit area, it will not grant them access to any meals.
Booth Dimensions
Each booth measures 2 meters by 3 meters and includes a table and two chairs within the booth.
Booth set up
The company will begin construction of the physical booths on Wednesday, June 9th and you will be able to begin moving in your company’s items the morning of June 10th.
Security & Storage
The WEXPO booths will be located in a closed foyer room in the hotel and will be monitored by the general hotel staff. However, we do not recommend leaving anything valuable in the booths when a member of your team is not present. The Summit is not responsible for any loss(es) incurred by the vendor, and if possible, vendors are encouraged to use electronic payments and to limit cash transactions.
Booth Breakdown
All WEXPO booths should be emptied by 9pm on Saturday, June 12th.
Highlighting your Booth
During the Summit, we will hold a series of raffle prizes that will be announced from the main stage. If you would like to contribute an item to the raffle in order to highlight your product and direct traffic to your booth, please notify me in advance what item you would like to raffle.
