Tülay Kale Perazzini is a leader who shares her nearly 20 years of experience in finance and brand management through both consultancy and training. After serving as CFO of Private Banking at Yapı Kredi and as a Director at UniCredit in Milan, she founded Salt&Brand Consulting in 2018, focusing on personal brand management, leadership communication, and corporate strategies. She delivers training on personal brand management at Boğaziçi and Koç Universities, guiding young professionals and future leaders. Through her work, she inspires them to discover their authentic identities and shine as impactful leaders. With a sincere and warm approach, she passionately contributes to increasing the visibility of women leaders.
