BIOGRAPHY

Prof. Duysal Askun Celik has worn many different hats throughout her career as an entrepreneur, university professor, trainer, consultant, and a psychologist. Teaching as a university professor in different universities and capacities since 2007 and working as a professional trainer and a consultant to several multi-national organizations since 2002, she has served as an adjunct Faculty at Fordham University Gabelli School of Business, Rutgers Business School and CUNY-Baruch College and currently teaches at New York City College of Technology. Since 2020, she has been teaching Leadership and Organizational Behavior courses as part of the online MBA Program at Rice University-Jones School of Business. In 2024, she was appointed as a distinguished professor for Woxsen School of Business, Hyderabad, India, while also teaching as a lecturer for Harbour Education, Beijing, China. Through her own training and consulting company, Smart Solutions, she designed and implemented several training and development programs for leading companies including Nestlé, Novartis, IKEA, Unilever, KPMG, Dyno Nobel, Qatar Gas and Qatar Petroleum.
