BIOGRAPHY

Pelin Akın has been Country Manager of Azerion Turkiye, a leading digital advertising company, since 2023. Prior to this role, she was Partnerships and eCommerce Group Manager for the Avis Budget Group. Her corporate experience also includes 13 years at Turkcell and nearly three at Sodexo. She is also a Board Director at AFGEN Holding. Between 2013 and 2020, she was involved in the Young Presidents Organization network, and since 2010, she has served as the Chair of the Advisory Board for the Contemporary Turkish Studies Chair at the London School of Economics. A Board Member of the Turkey-UK Business Council, she has also been a Board Member of the Turkish Businesswomen’s Association (TİKAD), and the Turkish Enterprise and Business Confederation (TÜRKONFED), among others. Previously, she served on the boards of various NGOs, including the Family Business Association (TAİDER), the Young Entrepreneurs Advisory Councils of the Union of Chambers and Commodity Exchanges of Turkey (TOBB), and TÜSİAD (Turkish Industry and Business Association).
