BIOGRAPHY

Neslihan Nigiz Ulak is a senior business leader with 26 years of international experience in B2C & B2B industries, spanning Unilever, Barry Callebaut, and La Lorraine Bakery Group. She began her career at Unilever Türkiye, where she became the company’s first female Sales Director and led various local and global roles across finance, supply chain, and sales for 19 years. At Barry Callebaut, she was appointed the company’s first General Manager in Türkiye, driving significant investment and growth, including the expansion of production lines, the relaunch of the Eskisehir R&D Center, and the reopening of the Istanbul Chocolate Academy. Today, she serves as Regional Vice President for Türkiye & the Middle East at La Lorraine Bakery Group, after successfully leading the company’s strategic transformation as Chairperson for Türkiye, Caucasus, and Central Asia. Alongside her corporate career, Neslihan is an entrepreneur, co-founding Sobrinus Consulting and Korelle Cosmetics. She is also deeply committed to diversity, equality, and inclusion in business, serving as the Chairperson of LEAD Network Türkiye.
