BIOGRAPHY

Hande Yasargil has worked as an international executive coach and leadership consultant for more than twenty years. With more than 15 years as a coach at INSEAD Business School, she regularly contributes to many executive education programs. She is also the Lead Coach for very senior executive programs such as IDP (International Director Program), LFC (Leading from the Chair), LEAP (Leadership Excellence through Awareness and Practice), and many CSP (Customer Specific Programs). She is also the founding Chairperson of ‘Women on Board Association of Turkiye” and leads “The Cross Company Mentoring Program for More Women on Boards” since 2011. She is also Board Director of European Women on Boards and served in Vice Chair and Board Member roles in PERYON (Turkish People Management Association). She also was the founding President for EMCC European Mentoring and Coaching Council Turkey, and Diversity and Inclusion Board Director of EMCC UK.
