BIOGRAPHY

Arzu Aslan Kesimer is a seasoned business leader and board director with over 25 years of executive and non-executive experience across international and leading Turkish companies. She currently serves as an IFC Nominee Director, representing the International Finance Corporation on the board of Khaadi Corporation in Pakistan, where she contributes to advancing strategy and leveraging her retail expertise in one of Asia’s leading fashion and lifestyle groups. She holds multiple independent board positions in global and regional companies such as Armada Foods, Yataş Group, Akkim Chemicals, and previously Söktaş Tekstil and Tat Gıda. As the Vice President of Women on Board Association Turkey, she actively promotes female leadership and diversity in corporate governance, mentoring and inspiring the next generation of women leaders. Earlier in her career, she spent nearly two decades in senior executive roles within the Koç Group, including as CEO of Tat Gıda and Deputy General Manager at Koçtaş, where she led transformation, growth, and international expansion projects.
