Presentation Materials

Presentation Requirements:
• Please keep slides to a minimum as your audience will be multilingual.
• Final slides MUST be emailed to summit@globewomen.com no later than June 1st to allow for necessary formatting and sequencing.
• Please note that on-site submissions of slides will NOT be accepted.
• If presentations include videos, the following formats are accepted: MP4, WMV or MOV.
• We recommend that you bring a copy of your presentation and video files on a flash drive as back-up.
• WIFI may not be available in session rooms.
• Copies of all presentations will be posted on GlobeWomen website following the Summit, since participants request for them to be available.

Speaker Consent & Release:
By submitting this Speaker Form, the speaker consents to the following:
1. The Global Summit of Women will use a photo submitted by the speaker for promotional use. If the speaker does not submit a photo, the Summit has the right to use a publicly available photo for this purpose.
2. The Global Summit of Women may record the session for placement on social media and/or the Summit website at www.globewomen.org for dissemination to the Summit’s wider global audience.
3. The Global Summit of Women has the right to post any powerpoint presentation shared at the Summit on the website at www.globewomen.org unless it is informed in writing that the material may not be posted online.
