BIOGRAPHY

Lena Kilee is a core member of Egon Zehnder’s global Health Practice and also a member of the digital team within the Tech Practice. Based in Berlin, she conducts management appraisals, provides leadership development consulting for individuals and teams, and is responsible for executive and board appointments at major corporations, SMEs, and startups in the healthcare and technology sectors. Prior to joining Egon Zehnder, she was Director, Advisory Services and Business Development at Horizon Client Access in New York, where she advised multinational clients on political risk management. Previously, she worked for the German federal government, first at the Federal Ministry of Interior in Berlin and then as Deputy Chief of Mentors for the European Union Police Mission in Afghanistan.
