Kimberly Admire formerly served as Executive Vice President and Chief Human Resources Officer for SAIC, responsible for leading the development and implementation of the organization’s human capital strategy with a focus on organizational culture, talent management, workforce planning, and employee engagement. Prior to joining SAIC, she worked as the Vice President of Culture, Diversity and Equal Opportunity Programs for Lockheed Martin Corp. With more than 30 years of human resources leadership experience in several industries including aerospace and defense, healthcare, and information technology, she currently serves as a human resources consultant designing solutions and strategies for a variety of organizations.
