Kesara Manchusree is a distinguished corporate leader and financial governance expert with extensive experience spanning Thailand’s capital markets and judiciary. She currently serves as an Independent Director and Audit Committee Chairman for prominent listed and non-listed corporations, including Ngern Tid Lor PLC, Interlink Telecom PLC, aCommerce PLC, and Daol Thailand PLC, alongside chairing Daol Investment Management Company Limited.
Deeply committed to public service and institutional development, she is an Associate Judge at the Central Intellectual Property and International Trade and holds advisory roles with the Khon Kaen University Council Committee, the Thammasat University Economics Faculty Board, and the Thammasat Economics Association.
Her executive legacy includes serving as President of The Stock Exchange of Thailand from 2014 to 2018, a Director of the World Federation of Exchanges, and Managing Director of the Thailand Futures Exchange.
