Dr. Chularat Tanprasert
Executive Vice President of National Science and Technology Development Agency (NSTDA) and Director of Thailand Science Park
Dr. Chularat Tanprasert is Executive Vice President for Science and Technology Infrastructure Services at Thailand’s National Science and Technology Development Agency (NSTDA). She leads the strategic development of Thailand Science Park and national research and innovation infrastructure, strengthening collaboration among government, academia, industry, and international partners. Previously, she served as NSTDA’s Executive Vice President for Corporate Strategy and held senior leadership roles at the National Electronics and Computer Technology Center (NECTEC) under NSTDA. Over more than three decades, she has contributed to Thailand’s advancement in science, technology, innovation, and digital transformation through research leadership, policy development, and national strategic initiatives. She serves on a number of national boards and committees in areas including agricultural research, science talent development, and technology terminology. She is also committed to fostering research capabilities, innovation ecosystems, and the next generation of science and technology professionals. Dr. Tanprasert holds a Ph.D. and M.Sc. in Computer Science from the University of Louisiana at Lafayette and a B.Sc. in Mathematics with First Class Honours from Chulalongkorn University.
