One of Thailand’s most visionary retail development leaders, Chadatip Chutrakul is widely credited with transforming Bangkok into a global destination for world-class retail, lifestyle, and cultural experiences. As Chief Executive Officer of Siam Piwat Group, she oversees many of the city’s most iconic landmarks, including Siam Paragon, Siam Center, Siam Discovery, ICONSIAM, and Siam Premium Outlets Bangkok—destinations that have reshaped the region’s commercial and tourism landscapes.

Under her dynamic leadership, Siam Piwat has expanded rapidly, building a network of 50 affiliate companies across retail development, department stores, specialty retailing, luxury dining, venue and facilities management, and related businesses.

Chadatip’s individual achievements reflect her global influence in the retail industry. In 2019, she became the first Thai female to be inducted into the World Retail Hall of Fame by the World Retail Congress. She was named a Top 50 Forbes Asia Power Woman for three consecutive years (2014–2016), and in 2017 and 2018 she was recognized as one of the 500 most influential figures by the BoF (Business of Fashion) 500. She has also been ranked among Fortune’s 100 Most Powerful Women Asia in both 2024 and 2025. Most recently, she was honored with the “PIONEERS OF PLACES AWARDS” from the MAPIC Awards 2025, as one of only five global leaders—and the only Asian nominee, recognized for inspiring and transforming the global retail industry over the past 30 years.
