Teaching as a university professor in different universities and capacities since 2007 and working as a professional trainer and a consultant to several multi-national organizations since 2002, she has served as an adjunct Faculty at Fordham University Gabelli School of Business, Rutgers Business School and CUNY-Baruch College and currently teaches at New York City College of Technology. Since 2020, she has been teaching Leadership and Organizational Behavior courses as part of the online MBA Program at Rice University-Jones School of Business. In 2024, she was appointed as a distinguished professor for Woxsen School of Business, Hyderabad, India, while also teaching as a lecturer for Harbour Education, Beijing, China.
