BIOGRAPHY<\/strong><\/span><\/h4>\n

\u00d6zge Bulut Mara\u015fl\u0131 is a senior executive and board director with over three decades of leadership experience in consumer goods, agriculture, food, media, and holding companies. With more than 15 years of service as Board Director and Chairwoman, her core expertise includes corporate governance, investor relations, mergers and acquisitions, strategic planning, change management, and business development. She currently serves as Chairwoman of Fabu Makina Sanayi A.\u015e. and Independent Board Director at Fark Holding, \u0130\u015f Giri\u015fim Sermayesi Yat\u0131r\u0131m Ortakl\u0131\u011f\u0131, Akmerkez Gayrimenkul Yat\u0131r\u0131m Ortakl\u0131\u011f\u0131, and T\u00fcrk Tuborg A.\u015e. She is also Board Advisor to Do\u011fan Holding, and a member of the Investment Committee of Two Zero Media Venture Capital Fund and the Advisory Board of Arya Investment Fund. Previously, she held executive leadership roles as CEO responsible for Kanal D and D Productions, as Deputy CEO of Do\u011fan TV, and as Vice President of Strategic Planning at Do\u011fan Holding, overseeing business line integration and development. Before joining the Do\u011fan Group, between 2003 and 2006 she worked directly with the CEO of H.\u00d6. Sabanc\u0131 Holding A.\u015e., where she was responsible for strategic planning, business development, M&A, privatization and restructuring of energy projects, as well as representing the holding across telecommunications, food, retail, automotive, and cement business units.
