\u00d6zlem Ayd\u0131n Ayvac\u0131 is the Deputy Editor-in-Chief of Capital, Turkiye\u2019s leading business and economy magazine, the Editor in Chief of CEOLife magazine, and an editor at StartUp magazine, where she follows the country\u2019s dynamic entrepreneurship and investment ecosystem. With more than 20 years of experience in business journalism, she has become a prominent voice in shaping the public understanding of corporate leadership, finance, technology, and sustainability in Turkiye. She has spearheaded influential research projects that highlight the role of leadership, philanthropy, and inclusivity in business, including the \u201cGlobal 50 Turkish Women Leaders,\u201d \u201c50 Philanthropic Turkish Business Leaders,\u201d \u201c100 Women-Friendly Companies,\u201d and the \u201cGlobal 50 Turkish Companies.\u201d These projects have set important benchmarks for both the private sector and wider society by showcasing inspiring leaders and companies that make a difference.
