Based in Berlin, she conducts management appraisals, provides leadership development consulting for individuals and teams, and is responsible for executive and board appointments at major corporations, SMEs, and startups in the healthcare and technology sectors. Prior to joining Egon Zehnder, she was Director, Advisory Services and Business Development at Horizon Client Access in New York, where she advised multinational clients on political risk management.
