Reserving a booth requires (1) a primary contact to fully register for the Summit and (2) small fee to cover the costs of the booth equipment and room rental (\u20ac650 for NGOs &amp; Government and \u20ac950 for corporations).<\/span><\/p>\n<p>Each WEXPO exhibitor is allowed 2 passes for individuals staffing the booth, which will grant them access exclusively to the exhibit hall and will not be valid to enter Summit sessions, meals and events.<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">WEXPO is available from July 3-5, 2025 at the JW Marriott Berlin Hotel, the site of the 2025 Global Summit of Women.\u00a0 <strong><u>Space for display booths (3m x 2M) will be assigned by the Summit on a first-come, first-serve basis<\/u><\/strong>.\u00a0 The number of available booths is limited to 10 and
